A pancake meditation

Eat Crow. What a name. I don't know where I'd be without Eat Crow. After my separation from the old days, I had to rebuild with nothing to show for the years of work I'd put in except for my skill and knowledge...and then, the community. I have an ever-extending list of brilliant people for whom I owe the delight of my life. Eliza Coriell, one of the owners behind The Crow's Nest and its sister bar in Soulard, Eat Crow, has given me a remarkable opportunity to earn a fair wage making pancake art every weekend, for going on 4 years now. This one restaurant has financed so much growth and expansion and I would be in a very different position without them. Cheers to Matty, who requested this pancake in particular.
