Pancake art depicting Hermie, a pink cartoon worm with a large rounded head, one visible eye, a small smile, and a sinuous segmented body that curves in an S-shape across a cream-colored background splashed with coral red and purple batter drips and blobs. The figure is outlined in bold dark lines with pink and light lavender fill, layered over an irregular off-white background shape that sits on a black outer border, all rendered with fine squeeze-bottle line work and broad color fills.
