The Joy of Pancakes — Pancakeopedia
Poffridge (#27)
GTS-000730 · The 2026 Big Draw Festival
Pancake art of Poffridge, a Shiba Inu–shaped sentient poffertje from the JoP character cast, depicted curled or low-slung with a round domed head, small nose, and two short front legs visible at the lower right, rendered on a warm golden-brown base with lighter amber patches across the face and body. Bold black outlines define the figure and facial features, the border is a repeating alternating pattern of red-orange and steel blue squares on a black band following the scalloped edge of the piece, and the overall color palette is warm orange, black, coral red, and muted blue with no fine detail lines — everything is drawn in thick, confident strokes.
